The Pitch

Pitch 15 faces east. Included in the price is a PVC Decking supplied by Advanced Decking Solutions. This is 3.0m across the front of the lodge with a lockable gate, steps and skirting in Anthracite Grey. The galvanised steel sub frame has grey deck board covering it and a choice of clear toughened glass panels or Balustrade in Anthracite Grey completes your lodge decking.

The pitch also has its own private brick paved parking space with slabbing to the base of the decking steps. An outside tap and outside electric point come as standard and with every Holiday Home we will work with you to make space for a metal storage box.

The Prestige Casa Di Lusso

Our “House of Luxury”, the “Casa Di Lusso” holiday lodge is breath-taking.

With a striking appearance – including a split-level roofline this holiday lodge immediately sets it apart from conventional holiday homes and the theme continues inside.

The open plan living area is vast, lined by whitewash rough sawn timber walls.  A generous open plan living space with floor to ceiling cathedral style windows brings in a plethora of light.  This home is full of rustic charm and with high-quality contemporary furnishings in soft and lustrous fabrics, this lodge would put many top hotel suites to shame. You can only marvel at the fully-equipped, shaker style kitchen, made complete with a feature island breakfast bar, housing the dishwasher and wine cooler along with extra storage space. Wrap yourself in the splendour and opulence of the Master Bedroom. Furthermore, children will be wide-eyed and utterly excited at the prospect of staying in the quirky den-like bunk beds in the Second Bedroom.

Jurassic Retreat

This lodge is one of our demo models – please call to arrange a viewing. All listings, other than our demo lodges are ordered at the time or purchase, giving you the opportunity to work with us and the manufacturer on the specification of the inside of your holiday lodge. Pitches can be viewed and a 10% deposit secures the pitch while we work with you to order a lodge.

3 bedroom

Lodge can be used for holiday purposes and a separate residential address must be held at all times

No subletting or commercial rental businesses can be run from the lodge, but friends and family can use your holiday home

The licence is 35 years

The exterior finish of the lodge can be larch or cedar

Decking sizes and colour schemes are not negotiable, due to planning permission

Pitch fees are reviewed annually
