About the Pitch:

Pitch 24 faces South West. Included in the price is a wraparound PVC Decking supplied by Advanced Decking Solutions. This is 3.0m across the front with a 1.2m wide return along the side of the lodge with a lockable gate, steps and skirting in Anthracite Grey. The galvanised steel sub frame has grey deck board covering it and a choice of clear toughened glass panels or Balustrade in Anthracite Grey completes your lodge decking.

The pitch also has its own private brick paved parking space with slabbing to the base of the decking steps. An outside tap and outside electric point come as standard and with every Holiday Home we will work with you to make space for a metal storage box.

A welcoming lodge with fresh colour schemes and plenty of space: it’s no wonder the Burleigh is one of the most popular holiday lodges. The open-plan living layout of the Burleigh is where you’ll find it makes a real statement. The vaulted roof means high ceilings and extra windows throughout create a light and airy home. This fresh and modern lodge is bound to turn heads and is the perfect first lodge for anyone. It’s exceptional value for money, but doesn’t compromise on space and style.

On entering the Lodge you came into a spacious hallway with core matting – perfect to keep shoes and boots on without going straight onto the carpet. To the right as you enter, is a double cupboard, housing the boiler with some shelves below and also the washing machine and some additional coat hooks.

The open plan living area is spacious and bright. The kitchen is fabulous and has plenty of worktop space. The kitchen is fully equipped with full size integrated fridge freezer, dishwasher, oven, and gas hob with extractor. The kitchen island is home to the gas hob and the chairs around the island make the kitchen feel a nice sociable space. There is plenty of seating on the comfortable three piece suit – a two seater sofa, three seater sofa and comfortable arm chair. The feature fire and fire place provides a focal point and there is room for the TV to be on the wall above. To the left of the lounge area is the free standing dining table and six chairs.

The main bedroom has a double bed and a lovely dressing table with mirror, bedside cabinets and free standing wardrobe. There is a good size ensuite shower room with double shower, basin and toilet, plus a full size towel rail. Both bedroom two and bedroom three have full size single beds, with free standing wardrobes and night tables. The colours are calming and rooms light and spacious. There is a family bathroom with bath, over head shower, toilet and basin and full sized towel rail. The spacious decking at the front of the Lodge will have sunshine for most of the day.

From the Park:

All lodges on Jurassic Retreat except for our Demonstrator Lodges are ordered at the time of purchase giving you the opportunity to work with us on the specification of the insides of your future holiday homes. The Pitch can be viewed and a 10% deposit would secure the pitch while we work with you to order the lodge.

  • Jurassic Retreat Holiday Lodges can only be used for holiday purposes and a separate residential address must be held at all times.
  • No subletting or commercial rental businesses can be run from the lodges but friends and family can of course use your holiday home.
  • The Jurassic Retreat Lodge Licence is 35 Years from the year following purchase.
  • Decking sizes and decking colour schemes are not negotiable due to planning
  • Pitch fees are reviewed annually and for 2020 these are £5262.00
